Important Billing Information - Update

Our sincere apologies for the confusion regarding internet dues in the previous email. You are one of the two communities that will continue to pay internet dues monthly, not quarterly. Below, I have updated the information sent in the previous email.

As you receive your HOA dues statements for January 1, 2025, I want to clarify a few important points regarding your HOA dues and internet assessment.

• HOA Dues: The HOA dues of $50.00 are due on January 1, 2025, and the 1st of each month thereafter.
• Internet Dues: Internet dues will continue to be billed monthly, aligning with the provider’s current billing schedule to the association.

We have also received questions about the ability to cancel internet service. Unfortunately, internet service cannot be canceled. While you are not required to use the service, you are obligated to pay the fees, as this was part of the HOA internet assessment agreement when you purchased your home.

To summarize:

• HOA dues ($50.00): Not part of the internet assessment and due January 1, and the 1st of each month thereafter.
• Internet dues: Will continue to be paid monthly.
